Signal House Terms and Conditions
By booking a session at Signal House, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Arrival Policy
Sessions are booked for a fixed one hour time slot.
Clients may arrive no more than 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled start time. Arriving earlier than this window is not permitted and does not guarantee early access to the studio.
This policy exists to ensure a smooth experience and proper preparation for each session. Early arrival disrupts studio operations and impacts other scheduled sessions.
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
Session Length
All sessions are booked for one hour unless additional time is purchased in advance.
Sessions do not run early and do not run late.
Additional time is only available if explicitly purchased and confirmed. Same day extensions are not guaranteed due to how the studio schedules sessions back to back.
Use of Recorded Content
Signal House may capture video, audio, photographs, and behind the scenes footage during sessions.
This content may be used for promotional purposes including website content, social media, advertising, and marketing materials.
This usage does not grant Signal House ownership of your recorded content. Clients retain ownership of their final deliverables. No compensation is owed for promotional usage.
Equipment and Property Responsibility
Studio equipment includes but is not limited to furniture, cameras, lighting, microphones, and related production gear.
Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to studio equipment or property.
If damage occurs, the client agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement with an item of equal or greater value as determined by Signal House.
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Guest Behavior
Clients are responsible for the behavior of all guests attending their session.
Guests must follow all studio rules and staff instructions at all times.
Signal House reserves the right to end a session without refund if guest behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates studio policies.
Food and Drink Policy
Food is not permitted in the studio.
Water is provided by Signal House. Clients may bring their own water. No other beverages are allowed unless approved in advance.
Alcohol is not permitted unless explicitly approved prior to the session.
Technical Limitations
Signal House uses professional grade equipment and workflows. However, technical issues such as equipment malfunction, power interruptions, or unforeseen system issues may occur.
Signal House is not liable for delays, interruptions, or loss resulting from technical issues outside of reasonable control.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined on our FAQ page, which is linked at the time of booking.
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined there.
Safety and Conduct
Clients and guests must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
Tampering with equipment or studio systems without staff approval is not permitted.
Signal House reserves the right to terminate any session without refund if these terms are violated.
Agreement
By booking a session at Signal House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
