Booking & Studio Policies

How do I book a session or sign up for a package?

Sessions and booking can be done on our booking page here.

Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled up until 24-hours before your booking. Use the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email. You may reschedule your booking 1 time.

  • Cancel 7+ days from booking: Full refund (minus processing fee) or studio credit
  • Cancel within 7–1 days: 50% refund (minus processing fee) or 50% studio credit
  • Cancel <24 hours or no-show: No refund

Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session.

Inform us ASAP. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled.

If you anticipate being late, please reach out to us immediately via email at info@signalhouserva.com, We will make every effort to accommodate you based on studio availability for the day.

Any time beyond the 10-minute wrap-up period incurs a 30-minute charge ($50). Overtime is only available if the studio isn’t booked after you. We’ll let you know during your session if overtime is possible.

Need Extra Time?

If you typically need 15-20 minutes for setup/breakdown, we recommend booking an additional hour or increase your session from 60 to 90 minutes to avoid overtime charges.

Recording & Equipment

Will someone be there for my session?

Yes, all sessions will have a studio engineer present to record, handle equipment and ensure you have the best possible session. 

No, we provide all in-house equipment to maintain quality and ease of workflow.

Yes, but you must bring your own 1TB minimum SSD to transfer the files.

Yes. Our studios accommodate both single-person talking heads and multi-guest podcasts (up to 4 people).

Every session comes with a live-edited video. Separate audio file, and raw files from each camera available upon request.

Files, Editing & Delivery

What files do I receive?
  1. Final .mp4 file with transitions. (1080p)
  2. Raw files from each camera & audio available upon request
  3. DaVinci Resolve project file

Final files are delivered via WeTransfer within 48 hours.

Yes, please reach out to us for a quote on comprehensive editing and post production services for your content. 

Yes, both our Studio Session Plus+ and Premium tiers include 3 social clips that are not made by Ai. To find out more check out our pricing page.
