Every booking includes access to professional studio space with lighting and audio/video equipment. Additional services include:

Head to our booking page, choose your set, pick your session tier, and select a date. That's it. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.

Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled up until 24 hours before your booking. Use the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link in your confirmation email. You may reschedule your booking one time.

• Cancel 7+ days out: Full refund (minus processing fee) or studio credit
• Cancel within 7 to 1 day: 50% refund (minus processing fee) or 50% studio credit
• Cancel under 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session. Our engineer will be ready and the studio will be set when you walk in.

Let us know as soon as possible. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled. Email info@signalhouserva.com immediately if you're anticipating lateness and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Any time beyond the included 10-minute wrap-up period incurs a 30-minute charge ($50). Overtime is only available if the studio isn't booked after you. If your content typically needs extra setup or breakdown time, we recommend booking an additional hour upfront.

Yes. Every session has a studio engineer present to handle equipment, run the session, and make sure you get the best possible recording. You focus on your content. We handle everything else.

No. We provide all in-house equipment to maintain consistent quality and workflow. Everything you need is already set up and ready to go.

Yes. 4K recording is available, but you must bring your own SSD (1TB minimum) to transfer the files.

Yes. Our studios accommodate both single-person talking heads and multi-guest setups. We can host up to 4 people per session.

Every session includes a live-edited video file and a separate audio file. Raw files from each camera are available upon request. Higher tiers include edited episodes, social clips, thumbnails, captions, and more. See our Services page for the full breakdown.
